Sizing Information

This jacket is sold in alpha sizes. You can go here for a conversion chart if you know your chest size. We recommend you measure your chest and belly to make sure you are selecting a jacket big enough to accommodate both. The belly size in this jacket will be about 6” less than the chest size (example, a 46 jacket will have a max belly of about 40”).

Our Two Cents

The Phantom 2.0 is a nice black leather jacket with a simple style. This jacket should be good in cold to warm temperatures. The undersides of the arms and the sides of the torso are perforated, while the rest of the jacket is solid. If it gets really warm, there are zippered vents at the biceps and two on the back to help keep the air flowing. On colder days, an insulated liner can be installed to keep you warm. This liner isn’t really windproof though, so the perforations on the sides may leave you feeling a little chilly if it gets really cold. There is reflective piping on this jacket that runs the full length of the sleeves front and back, as well as across the chest and shoulders on the back. This should keep you pretty visible at night even though this is a black jacket. While the jacket itself isn’t waterproof, there are two waterproof pockets inside. The downside is they are behind the liner, so if you need to get to them you will have to partially unzip the liner. There are other pockets in the liner, as well as a document pocket and two handwarmer pockets that are easily accessible, but they aren’t waterproof. For protection, the Phantom 2.0 uses CE approved armor in the shoulders and elbows, and an SP Memory Foam back pad. We would definitely recommend upgrading to CE approved back armor as it is much more substantial (see below). Note: This jacket was formerly marketed as the Aston 2.0 jacket, but the distributor had to change the name due to a copyright dispute with another jacket maker.
