Alpinestars Rod Jacket

And for those who may have a bit of a belly, we encourage you to consider our estimated max belly sizes listed below. Choose a jacket size that will accommodate both your chest and your belly.

The Rod jacket is a sport cut jacket with a slightly more relaxed fit than other similarly styled jackets. This jacket will work well in both cool and warm weather. There are large perforated panels on the back and the front of the jacket along with perforations extending down the sleeves. For cooler weather an insulated vest liner is included (but a good amount of airflow will still reach your body from the perforations so I wouldn’t recommend this jacket for cold weather). For protection, the shoulders and elbows come equipped with removable CE approved armor. The jacket also comes with a foam back pad and chest padding that can be upgraded to the CE Certified RC Back Protector and Bionic Chest Pads (see the links below).
