Sizing Information
Several of us in the office tried these boots on for comparison to REV’IT!’s size chart(s) and also to compare to the fit of other boots. We found the size chart conversion provided by REV’IT to be accurate, so use the chart to choose a European size based upon your US street shoe size.
As to overall fit, we find these boots are quite normal, I’d say D width, or “medium”.

Our Two Cents
REVIT makes a great boot for motorcycling that is also fashionable and high quality. In looking over the quality of the leather and the finishes, I’d favorably compare this boot to high end fashion/casual boots you might see in a high end department store like Nordstroms. If you want a boot that will look great off the bike as well as for riding, this one would be a great choice.
So they look pretty, but what about protection for riding a bike? Actually these are quite good in my opinion. The toe area and heel are heavily reinforced, and on either side of the ankle bones are substantial protectors to guard against impact in that sensitive area. Being a tall lace-up style, the boots will surely stay on your feet in case of a fall.
The soles of each boot are durable rubber and I feel some internal stiffness in the shank area which riders need when they put weight on the pegs. To protect the toe of the boot from the shifter, REVIT includes a slip-on protector you can use when you are on the bike. Just slip it off when you get where you are going. In trying them on, it feels like the thickness of the sole in the front of the foot is comparable to standard street riding boots (which is to say they are thin enough to work with most shifter setups).
The overall construction of this boot is very good. The eyelets are steel and the shoe laces that come with the boots are sturdy as well. I like the wide padded area at the top of the boot. This will be a great help while you break in the boots. The inside is lined with the normal nylon “cell” material to help with venting and wicking, but it is a very durable material. Another nice thing I notice is the light weight. These seem to be less heavy than some other styles. The uppers seem heavy duty but the composition of the sole is quite light, so the overall effect is welcome.
I personally really do like the looks of this boot. I’d welcome having a pair for casual wear, but getting something like this that is fashionable, light and good looking that also will give you the basics of impact protection for motorcycling is a win-win. :: Paul, 11-28-17
