Items showing “3-5 Days” will ship as soon as we receive the item from the Dainese US distribution system which can range from one to four weeks. The Dainese US distributor relies on inventory in their US warehouse as well as inventory overseas. Unfortunately, their system is not capable of giving us a more accurate real-time estimate. If you are concerned about the shipping time on any particular item showing “3-5 Day” availability, please reach us using the Customer Service link here on our website, otherwise, we’ll assume you are OK with the longer time frame for delivery.

Sizing Information
We tried a selection of these boots in our showroom and found the size chart conversion to be accurate for length. The width of the boots is “medium” or C/D width. We suggest using the size chart to choose a size based upon your US shoe size, or of course, choose the European size you wear if you know it.
I like the three buckle closure arrangement. It allows a good fit over the instep and through the calf regardless of whether you have a high or low instep and/or small or large calves. Click the image below to make it bigger:
Our Two Cents
This Dainese Solarys Air boot is made for hot summer temps. This boot has excellent vent panels all over it to make the airflow right through.
I really like how this boot feels. It fits well and has a nice plush interior. There are SEVERAL areas on the upper and shaft of this boot that has flow through mesh textile material which the air will flow through to make this boot very comfortable in hot weather. And you’ll find a full host of protective features here just like with non-vented boots. The essential things are: reinforced heel cup and toe box reinforced sole to give sufficient stiffness, side of ankle armor pieces, a firm armor piece in the shin area and a side zipper to securely hold the boots on your feet in case of a fall.
I particularly like the sole design on this boot. It is a fairly low profile, but it has a nice wide footprint. The sole doesn’t taper in as you see on more sport/race oriented boots, so this one will be ideal for street riders. On the back and side of the heel are some reflective panels built into a hole pattern which look good and work well. For a summer boot, I like this one as well as any I’ve seen in a long time. :: Paul, 10-15-19
