Joe Rocket Pro Street Pants

These pants are sold in US waist sizes. The waist band measurement for each size is pretty close to the stated size and there is a Velcro waist adjustment mechanism that would allow you to tighten the waist up by one or two inches. But we find these pants to fit pretty slim through the butt, thighs and knees. If you are a slim person, and want a sport-type fit, you’ll like them, but I’d discourage anybody who has a thicker build from trying this style.

Joe Rocket’s Pro Street leather pants offer the protection you would find in a good pair of track pants, but with a style more suitable for street riding. The overall construction is very much like race-type leathers, but the pants don’t have knee sliders, and offer more of a straight cut to be worn over boots (making them much more comfortable and natural looking off the bike). Since these pants will probably get more use than a pair of track pants it is convenient that they have a removable liner that can be washed to help keep the pants fresh. For protection these pants come equipped with removable CE approved knee armor and some high density hip padding. The armor, along with the heavy duty leather construction, should offer excellent protection in the event of a fall. These pants have both a full-circumference and an 8” connection zipper for attachment to any compatible Joe Rocket jackets. The zippers also come with the mating half that can be sewn into the jacket of your choice. One neat feature that many people will like is the closure system. The pants use a sturdy Velcro closure system, rather than a snap, that will alleviate the “popping open” problem that many riders experience when in the riding position. For added nighttime visibility there is a reflective stripe running down the outside of both legs.
