Our Two Cents

Speed and Strength certainly gets creative with their product names. The “My Motorcycle is my Weapon” jacket has these words emblazoned across the back and on the left sleeve. I’m not sure what exactly they are trying to say here, but I guess the graphic is kind of cool if you like tactical stuff. The graphic is a combination of print, stitching, and embroidered patches. The Speed and Strength logos are all patches which have been stitched to the jacket shell. At any rate, it is a good all around textile jacket that seems to be of high quality. The textile material used in this jacket is a bit lighter weight than what is found on some jackets, which means this jacket is light and comfortable to wear. For warmer weather there are zippered vents at the biceps, shoulders, and two exit vents on the rear. This should provide a decent amount of airflow; the only really hot weather hesitation I would have is that it’s a black jacket. For cold weather there is a removable vest type thermal liner. This will work down in the cooler temps, but your arms will still feel the cold temperatures unless you layer up underneath. For protection there is a dual density foam back pad and CE approved armor for the elbows and shoulders.
