Our Two Cents
HJC had a slight design change midway through 2011 and it affected the breath box application for the CL-Max II and IS-Max BT helmets; the breath box compatibility is dependent on the helmet’s production date. To choose the correct breath box for your helmet, you would identify your helmet’s production date, which is stamped on the inside of the helmet on a manufacturer’s sticker. It is usually placed under the headliner on the Styrofoam.
