HJC Breath Box for IS-Max and CL-Max II Helmets

HJC had a slight design change midway through 2011 and it affected the breath box application for the CL-Max II and IS-Max BT helmets; the breath box compatibility is dependent on the helmet’s production date. We have discovered there is a bit of variability just going by the production date, so our advice to choose the correct breath box for your helmet is to just look at the chinbar on your helmet. If there is velcro attached to the chinbar, you could use the smaller breath box that attaches with velcro. If your chinbar does not have velcro, you would have to use the larger breath box that attaches with clips. After you determine which breath box would be appropriate for your helmet, just use the drop down menu above to make the correct selection.
