We’ve reviewed a “handful” of gloves (pardon the pun) from REV’IT!, and we are finding they run a bit on the snug side as compared to most US based brands. The fit is very similar to Alpinestars which also fit more snugly than other brands of gloves. The tendency to run small is not so noticeable that we’d advise you to buy one size larger, but if you are sometimes in between sizes, your best shot would be to choose larger. Hopefully you’ve had some experience with buying gloves and can choose based upon the fit of a previous pair. If you have no previous experience with glove sizing, go here for help.
Our Two Cents
Here is an exclusive deal you’ll only find at MotorcycleGear.com. We bought all remaining inventory in this glove so get a pair while they are offered at this fantastic price. The Monster gloves by REV’IT! are a short cuff all leather design that are made much like patrol gloves, but have some extra protection built in for the knuckles and the heel of the hand. I say they are similar to patrol gloves because the fit is snug and the leather is of high quality and thinner than some other models. I really like how the gloves feel and fit. Being a short cuff, they are easy to put on and easy to store (they can easily fit in a hand pocket). The protection in the heel of the hand is molded into the leather (from the back side) and looks sharp. The extension where that extra padding is also serves as a good point to grab to pull the gloves on (even the second glove when the first hand already has a glove). Overall, I really like these gloves and I think you will too. :: Paul, 10-08-12
