Sizing Information
The gloves are consistent with the major brands weave carried Tour Master, Joe Rocket, or Olympia, so hopefully you’ve had some experience with buying gloves and can choose based upon the fit of a previous pair. If you have no previous experience with glove sizing, go here for help.
Our Two Cents
The new TiMax TRX Short Glove is a “street” version of Icon’s popular TiMax TRX Long Glove. The titanium armor plate on this glove has a modern look that includes knuckle vents. In addition to good looks, the gloves offer superior protection with top quality materials. They are comfortable too with the soft tan leather material used on the palms. Speaking of the tan leather on the palms the leather used is made by a company called Pittards and the trade name of the leather is Armor-Tan. The leather is soft but very abrasion resistant and is also resistant to decay by moisture (sweat from the hands). Other features for motorcycling include a Velcro-adjustable wrist strap and a separate wrist Velcro closure to give you a secure custom feel.
