If you want to double check sizing using a tape measure, refer to the chart below. There are Velcro waist adjustment belts on either side of the jacket which can take up to 4 inches out of the waist.

Our Two Cents

Scorpion compares their Attack jacket to the B-2 stealth bomber. I guess this is understated styling for Scorpion (it’s not covered in skulls, at least). It is a good looking jacket with its grey accents and red Scorpion logos. One feature that we are starting to see more and more these days is the multi-purpose liner. The liner of the Attack jacket doubles as a hooded sweatshirt, with its own set of hand warmer pockets and a Scorpion logo. The material it’s made of does not seem like it would be exceptionally warm, and it almost has a terry cloth feel to it inside the jacket. The Attack jacket is listed as being “water resistant,” which I interpret as: you will get soaked in anything other than a light sprinkle. That is not necessarily a bad thing though, as it will keep the jacket from being too hot during the summer. Speaking of warm weather, the Attack jacket has zippered vents on the front and back of the torso, as well as at the biceps. The fit of the jacket is comfortable, although we found the arms to be fairly snug. There are Velcro adjustments for the waist, as well as Velcro sleeve take ups which will prevent excess material from flapping in the wind and keep your elbow armor in the right place. Accordion style stretch panels above the shoulders help keep the jacket from feeling too stiff. CE approved armor is included for the shoulders and elbows, and there is a foam back pad as well. We have taken several photos of the Attack jacket here in our studio, so be sure to click the “View Larger Images” link above.
