Sizing Information
We tried a size Small and a Large on our Fit Test mannequins, Laverne and Shirley and thought the two sizes fit just great. From the test we recommend that you use the Sizing Chart from River Road to choose a size. The jacket has a couple zippers at the waist which can be opened to help the jacket rest over your hips while riding. This is a nice feature for comfort to help keep the jacket from folding up on top of your lap when sitting.

Our Two Cents
The Babe jacket from River Road offers vintage style with a bit of extra styling. The overall styling with its dark brown leather makes this jacket look and feel like a jacket that has been enjoyed for many years. The jacket is very soft and pliable without any breaking in. It is the kind of jacket that will look better and better the more it is used. This particular style adds some shoulder patches trimmed in cream color for just a bit of sporty styling. This jacket features a fully sleeved insulated liner for cooler weather rides, which is removable when things warm up. A solid leather jacket like this will work well for cold weather use to mild or warm weather. The jacket has two zippered vents on the chest and two in the rear which will help extend the comfort range when things warm up. The jacket has the usual assortment of pockets…. two hand warmer pockets, an interior wallet pocket, and a couple more pockets on the insulated liner. The same pockets that are on the removable liner are also on the jacket’s liner, so you can use the same pocket arrangement with the thermal liner either in or out.
