Teknic Supervent Mesh Pants

These pants are “relaxed” fit. It’s not completely clear whether the manufacturer intended them to be worn as overpants, or just worn over underwear. The waist sizing is a bit over-sized which is usually the case with over-pant designs, but the pants are not built with full side zippers to facilitate wearing them over jeans (which indicates maybe they aren’t overpants), so I guess you could go either way with them. We are listing a waist range for each pant size because the waist design includes elastic panels that offer about 2” of stretch. If you intend to wear them over underwear, I’d recommend buying a pair where you at the higher end of the range (elastic stretched) so they will stay up. The Supervent pants are a simple mesh riding pant that will work great in warm to hot riding conditions. I was very happy with the comfort level in these pants. Stretch panels in the waist and Spandex material in the crotch and behind the knees make these pants very comfortable to wear as well as move around in. There is thin and flexible padding sewn in to the hips. And the knees come equipped with removable CE approved Knox® armor. This armor consists of soft comfortable padding with a hard plastic shell exterior offering great impact protection.
