This model feels a lot like a neoprene glove. It’s form fitting and kind of stretchy overall, so I’d say it’s more like a “mechanic’s” glove than anything—very light weight and built such that touch and feel are the primary concerns. Yes, the palm is leather but it’s thin and soft and wouldn’t do much for you in case of a fall.
