The Icon Hooligan Operator mesh jacket is a good option for those who like the camo look. The majority of the jacket is covered in a digi camo print, and there are Velcro name badges on the upper chest which add to the military look. Being a mesh jacket, the Hooligan Operator is best suited to warmer climates, as it will allow a good amount of air to flow through while you ride. It does include a fully sleeved insulated liner, which helps extend the usable range of the jacket down into the cooler temps, but you’ll want another jacket for cold weather riding. This jacket does have a decent amount of pockets, unlike most mesh jackets, although they are hard to see in the camo print. There are two upper chest pockets and two pockets on the upper arms which all have a Velcro flap. Two hand warmer pockets and an interior document pocket all have zippered openings. For protection there is a dual density foam back pad, as well as CE approved armor for the shoulders and elbows.
