I found these gloves to be more roomy than most other gloves we carry. If you are between sizes, I’d advise you to choose the smaller as I’d say they run about a half size large overall. If you like a snug fit in gloves, then a full size smaller than normal might work. If you have no previous experience with glove sizing, go here for help.
Our Two Cents
Icon’s Compound Mesh Long glove is sort of a hybrid between a race glove and a street glove. The overall fit is a bit more relaxed than a race-type glove and the gauntlet is longer and larger than most (although they are adjustable). The back of the hand is protected by some molded rubber pieces on the fingers and knuckles. I do like the idea of a glove that is partial leather and partial mesh but with all the protective features this one offers. It is hard to find a glove that would be comfortable in hot weather that provides full coverage like this. And the price for all this is very reasonable in my view. Any decent full gauntlet glove under a $100 is a good value these days. Take the “View Larger Images” link above to see some good close-up photos of the glove and its features. You can also see large pictures of the other colors offered. They are pretty sharp. Paul :: 03-26-12

Better than in the pictures these gloves are the deal. 3x fits large, most manufacturers I take a 2xl such as Alpinestar but I would say these fit a little larger. Thanks MotorcycleGear, all my best riding gear comes from you guys. (Read more...)
For the price, they were unbeatable. And I like the extra wide opening for the gauntlet for my textile sleeves which are not as skin tight as my leather jacket. Fitment seems to be about the same for me as A*'s gloves.
