Sizing Information

Choose the size you’d normally buy in men’s clothing. The manufacturer provides this chart you can use to select a size based upon your chest and belly measurements. We find the chart is a pretty good representation for a relaxed fit. By “relaxed”, we mean that it fits more like regular street clothes rather than a snug fit sport bike jacket. If you prefer a snug fit, you may be able to choose one size smaller than the chart indicates. If you are between sizes, we’d recommend you choose the smaller of the two.

Size Max Chest Max Belly
XS 34-36 30
Small 36-38 32
Medium 38-40 34
Large 40-42 36
XL 42-44 38
XXL 46-48 42
XXXL 48-50 44

Our Two Cents

The ARC mesh jacket offers a comfortable “relaxed” fit and sharp styling. The jacket is made of a tightly woven mesh material that will work well in warm weather. For added protection and style the jacket has durable leather over the shoulders that runs down both sleeves all the way to the cuffs. For crash protection the jacket includes removable CE approved armor in the shoulders and elbows along with a removable dense foam back protector. For added comfort and mobility there is a stretch zone located on the back of the neck that extends down between the shoulder blades. This stretch zone helps the jacket stay comfortable when your arms are stretched out in front of you. The side of the jacket has some large expansion zippers to help keep the jacket from bunching up in the riding position, or to accommodate for a bit of a belly.
