Our Two Cents
This boot offers rugged construction and sharp looks for the street rider. The upper is a combination of leather and molded plastic armor components. The toe and shin areas have inserts so they’ll keep their shape and the lower shin area has a rigid plastic armor plate built in. The boots have a combination of Velcro and a buckle-close strap over the instep which will keep the boots securely on your feet in case of an impact. I’d describe the sole thickness as “medium”. The wind light is a pretty cool idea. The wind keeping the light made other riders more aware of me and I got compliments on it. Unfortunately the light creates more drag and lift on the helmet and I noticed it a lot at higher speeds. (Read more...)
