Our Two Cents
The Cortech Tri Bag Tank Bag is two different sized tank bags and one mounting base. Another way to look at it is a big tank bag when you need the storage capacity and a small one when you don’t. The main picture of this bag on our website shows the top and bottom bag in use at the same time but this makes for a large tank bag that will undoubtedly obstruct the line of sight to the instrument panel and possibly the road depending on the motorcycle it’s being used on. I would say it’s only safe to use the large and/or small bag at separate times, size choice depending on your needs. The map pocket can be attached to the top or bottom bag (whichever is being used) , each bag has carrying handles, reflective piping, heavy duty zippers, Tricot lined interior, and a storage pocket on the main compartment lids. The top bag is expandable; the bottom bag has exterior side pockets and built in backpack straps. We also offer this tank bag in a Strap Mount version for motorcycles that do not have metal tanks, or for riders that prefer strap mount over magnetic mount tank bags.
