Our Two Cents

The synthetic leather used to construct the Tour Master Cruiser II Box Saddlebags will outlast ANY leather bag out there, it is stain, mildew, rust resistant and will hold it’s shape even when totally empty. The two inner flaps that go from each end of the bag and meet in the middle give that extra protection against the elements while you are riding. In standard Tour Master tradition, every piece of luggage in the Cruiser II line comes with a neoprene pad at each contact point to protect your bikes finish, as well as drawstring closure rain covers. The first new feature added to the Tour Master Cruiser II lineup was the locking zipper at the yoke. You can remove your saddlebags in seconds without removing your seat! The second feature was the quick release buckles that are hidden behind the traditional chrome buckles, keeping that old school look but making it easier and quicker than ever to open your saddlebags (click the “View Larger Pictures” link to see these features). If you are worried about the clearance you need to prevent your exhaust from touching your luggage, refer to the dimensions above. There is limited adjustability in the yoke so if you want a bigger saddlebag, make sure you have the clearance by measuring the distance from your exhaust to the top of your rear fender (under your seat). I recommend not using bags this style if you cannot mount the yoke under your passenger seat.
