General Sizing Info- Medium: Sportbikes under 750cc
- Large: Sportbikes 750cc – 1000cc / Small cruisers only (like Sportsters) with no windscreens or accessories
- XL: Sportbikes over 1000cc
- XXL: Touring/Sport Touring motorcycles with saddlebags and/or tail trunks / Mid size to Large cruisers with windscreens and saddlebags
More sizing info… Motorcycles with tail trunks always need size XXL. Motorcycles like the V-Strom, ST1100, ST1300, Concours, FJR1300, F650/800GS, R1200GS need size XXL even without a tail trunk. Dual sport/Adventure touring motorcycles are very hard to determine correct cover size. Size XXL is usually necessary due to the mirror height, width of bars and protruding fenders. Cruisers, the most difficult of all…In almost every case size XXL is necessary, even without luggage. If there is no windscreen sometimes the XL will work but the overall fit is affected by mirror height, bar height, and length.

Heavy duty construction with electronically heat sealed seams, this is Nelson Rigg’s top of the line cover. If your motorcycle has to sit outside, this is the cover for you. A interior windscreen liner is used to help prevent scratching and hazing. Nelson Rigg’s patented Perma-Venting® system allows constant air circulation to help fight condensation build-up. The lower portion of the cover in Silver is where the heat shield is located. If you have a sportbike with a high mount or undertail exhaust, we recommend the Nelson Rigg Silver Streak Sportbike Cover because the heat shield goes all the way to the top of the cover.
