Frogg Toggs Warranty Info

Guntersville Breathables Inc. (Frogg Toggs) warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year (unless otherwise noted).

If you feel that your product is defective in any way you may:

1. Return the product to the Frogg Toggs dealer from which it was purchased. The dealer will make the determination if the product is defective and if so, either replace the product with a new one or refund the purchase price of the product to you.

2. Return the product directly to Frogg Toggs. In order to do this, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can reach our customer service department at 800-349-1835 or via email at returns@froggtoggs.com during normal business hours. Upon receipt of the product, Frogg Toggs will determine if it is defective and if so, will either replace or repair the product (cash refunds are not an option). Regrettably, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Please feel free to use the most convenient and available shipping method for you. However to protect your package from loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend using a shipping service which provides accurate and up-to-date tracking information. Please retain all shipping receipts and correspondence with Frogg Toggs. Frogg Toggs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

This warranty begins on the date of the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage.

This warranty is void where product failure is due to unreasonable use, misuse, accident, damage, alteration, or normal “wear and tear”..., The owner is responsible for ordinary maintenance and care of the product. Only manufacturing defects will be considered for replacement.

FROGG TOGGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF SUCH PRODUCT.

By registering your product on Frogg Togg’s website you will not need to keep up with your sales receipt for returns. They will have a digital record of your purchase item. You can register your Frogg Toggs here.
