Q: What is the talking range on this model?
A: FRS works on a Family Radio Frequency and has a range of 2 miles.

Q: What does the FRS Multisport package include?
A: The kit includes your choice of a Full Face or Open Face headset, battery, charger, Mounting accessories, Push to talk button.

Q: Can I hook up my passenger with this model?
A: YES. You would need to purchase a passenger headset and a headset ext. cord.

Q: Can I hook my cell phone up to the FRS Multi?
A: No. The FRS Multi is not cell phone compatible but the CB-50 Tandem Pro, FRS-X2 and GMRS-X1 have the auxiliary input for cell phones or radar detectors.

Q: How long should I charge the battery, and how long does the battery last?
A: Charge the battery for 14 hours. And the battery should last 8 hours of talk time.

Q: Can I listen to music with this FRS Multisport?
A: YES. With a purchase of an audio cord, you can plug you CD player, walkman, iPod and any audio device.

Q: Can my FRS Multisport talk to Citizen Band Radios?
A: NO. They both work on a different frequency.

Q: What if you go on a long trip and can’t charge the battery?
A: You can purchase the power extension cord and hook the unit directly to the bike battery. You would need to charge the chatterbox battery fully and use the Power Cord with it.

Q: What is the warranty period for this model?
A: All our product has a 1 year warranty.
