This jacket looks like brand new. It has the armor and the removable thermal liner. Here is a link to our now retired product page for your reference. It is strange about the fit. I estimate the jacket to fit like a men’s Medium, about a 42 max chest and 38 max belly. We hadn’t detected a fit problem back when we sold these jackets on our site, but this one is definitely bigger than stated.
