I think the seller’s description is very accurate. I was not able to locate a product page on our site for this exact version of the Ballistic pants, but his bullet points above pretty much tell the story. I measured the pants here and listed the measurements I got at the top of the page. the waist will adjust down a couple inches from the max of 38”.
