I measure the waist as adjustable between 30” and 34”. The max thigh (up high by your crotch) is 21”. The seller says the inseam is 32, but on chaps that is hard to measure (since there is no crotch seam, but I’m guessing it is a bit shorter in the inseam. I did measure the outside seam from the top of the belt to the end of the chap and it is 38 1/2”, so with that you should be able to see if they’ll work for you. The chaps do look brand new and the quality is excellent.
