These pants are in very good shape. I can tell they’ve had some wear, but they are very clean still. The pants have nice armor in the knees which is removable and some built in hip armor. I measured the wast at 34”, but the expansion panels would handle one or two more inches I think. The legs have zippers so that when zipped closed, then could be tucked into boots, but when opened, they’d go over boots.
